Chiropractic adjustments and joint mobilizations gently realign the vertebrae of your spine into their natural position correcting any misalignment so that growth, repair and healing may take place.

Laura Terryberry
Registered Massage Therapist
Laura is originally from Thorold and is currently residing in Fort Erie with her boyfriend and fur-babies. She has been practicing since 2010 and between time in school as well as during her career, she has worked in all types of settings. She enjoys treating people with different needs, from kids to retirees, sports injuries to weekend warriors, those with everyday aches and pains to those who just need some TLC.She is not a believer of the "no pain, no gain" mentality. Although there are techniques that push the boundaries of comfort, there is a reason why we use a pain scale. More or “deep” pressure is not always better or necessary. We are all individuals; we have different needs and different wants. She believes that when it comes to massage therapy, the words "relaxation" and "therapeutic" carry too much weight. It is not her belief that you can only have one or the other. She considers herself a facilitator in your well-being and will do her best help you be pain-free. However, it is important to take your health and well-being into your own hands - stretch, strengthen and listen to what your body wants and needs.
